Scalloped Pineapple

AKA: That Really Good Pineapple Stuff

This is a recipe that is loved by our family. It was passed to me from my cousin, Susan. Every year the younger ones in our family ask if I'm going to make "that really good pineapple stuff". This is a perfect side dish for Ham, but goes very well with turkey also. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients:

2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
1 large can crushed pineapple (drained
2 Tablespoons milk
1 Quart fresh bread cubes
3 eggs (beaten)

Instructions:

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add beaten eggs. Fold in pineapple and bread cubes. Moisten with milk. Bake in large casserole for 1 hour at 350°.
